  I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this place. I took my 2 furbabies on the 2nd week off October to be groomed and and was very unsatisfied that it took 5 hours to get them back. They were timid and scared and didn't want to be touched like they had been abused in some way. Also I was very unhappy with their haircut, nothing of what I asked for. They were choppy all over and uneven, didn't get the hair out the bottom of there feet, hair still between there eyes. Looked like a 2 yr old gave my furbabies a haircut. The owner should learn how to groom. When I spoke to the owner about my unhappiness she was very rude to me and made some very Racial remarks to me. She kept getting louder and louder with me, I guess thinking I was goimg to do the same thing. The owner didn't even offer a discount or nothing. My babies have not been the same since they went there. I can understand that she was there doing it all by herself but that still is NO EXCISE FOR HER ACTIONS. IF you care about your babies Don't take them to kibbles n kljpes!
