  This place is terrible! It is very nasty and dirty. The entire building smells like pee, I dont understand how people even work in this building. Reception never answered the phone despite a circle full of nurses at the desks every time I came for a visit. I posted a picture of the floor fron 06/19/17. My father died within 1 week of being at this disgusting place and I had to wait 5 days for the doctor to sign his death certificate. I had to wait to cremate my father because the doctor left without signing and went on vacation! Dont take any person to this place!

  BEWARE BEWARE of this horrible facility!!! My father was brought to this facility a few months ago in hopes that he would have a decent stay. The Admissions Lady was so GHETTO AND UNEDUCATED I was in complete AWWWW that whomever thought she was qualified should be fired And the discharge planner Kareem WOW this joka is RUDE and VERY unpleasant has a very nasty attitude someone needs to seriously consider taking his job! Nurse Tiffany WHO in there right mind gave her a nursing license that's a LAZY, NO COUNT GOOD FOR NOTHING WANNA BE NURSE! The therapy dept is a joke my father was so weak and severely malnourished due to being NPO for months, therapy had NO REMORSE for him they had his frail body walking the halls as if he was in tip top shape THE DOCTOR'S GAVE ORDERS FOR A SEVERELY MALNOURISHED MAN TO DO THERAPY or get DISCHARGED!! I came to see my dad one night and he was laying in the bed not hooked to his TPN (NUTRIENT) My dad stated it had been disconnected all day mind you I did say he was NPO MEANING Nothing by mouth SO the TPN would replace food and Tiffany made it seem as if it wasn't a big deal. The straw that broke the camels back was, my dad was sent out to the hospital by medic and the family wasn't notified I called to check on him and the nurse stated " oh he isn't here!!!! He went to the hospital earlier and had no idea what hospital he went to, she stated call back and i'll try to find out. That's just not acceptable to send a resident out to the hospital and 1st of all not no which hospital and 2nd not to notify family. This facility needs to be under investigation and I GUARANTEE all kinds of negligence will show it self. The poor CNA'S are under staffed and over worked. The facility is nasty and dirty!! Carolyn answers the phone talking a million miles a hour cant understand NOTHING she is saying so unprofessional! My dad was only there for a short stay and it was the worse shortest stay of his life by him being there it caused more harm then good. I understand we do what we have to do, but PLEASE consider other facilities such as The Crossings, Park Village, White Oak etc..
