  My wife is still waiting for a call back from the patient coordinator /office manger. When we made the appt over the phone we told them our son needed a sports physical however at the time the school didn't give out the form. The lady said ok no problem can always bring it in at a later date. The day of his appt while being Check in we told them the coaches still didn't give us the form again we was told no problem as we was leaving my wife asked once we get the form what is the turn around time to get it signed ? The same lady said it will be a 15$ dollar charge to have the paper signed. I would like to know why this wasn't disclosed to us when we clearly told them we didn't have the form. This happen on a Friday and today is Thursday with no return call. We won't be going back. I will be complaining

  Dr.Wrinkle is an amazing doctor here. He listens to me and hears me out. Finds out exactly what is going on with me. I sound like a train wreck of problems but I am assured my voice is heard and that I am going to get the help I need. I been seeing him for a few years now and never been disappointed. Don't let the reviews make you not go here. Give it a chance. Everyone is super nice. Great staff, you can tell they love their job. Again, I highly recommend looking up Dr. Wrinkle.
