  This review is for allergy shots: In the 5 years that I have been getting shots I have been a part of 4 different allergy clinics and this is by far the best so I’m surprised by some of the one star reviews. In general yes they are always late (Appointments and shots), but let’s be honest what doctors office isn’t? My main feedback for Allergy and Asthma would be 1. Work on getting allergy shots started exactly at 8:30am instead of letting employees mosey around and chat until 8:40am. And 2. PLEASE open earlier! It’s hard to believe that a doctor’s office will open at 8:30, close for a 2.5 hour lunch, and then leave at 5! I work twice the amount of hours in one day! Overall nice people and good service but not quite 5 stars

  I will be doing a review again but as of now I'm have been sitting here waiting when my appt was scheduled at 10:30am and it's 10:54. That is one of my biggest pet peeves. There is no legitimate reason to schedule an appt for someone and not be ready to service them st that time. As an adult I have a life to live and don't intend spending part of it twiddling my thumbs waiting on an appt that started after I got here. From reading another review they will cancel your appt if you're late but what are the consequences of the office for not being tomorrow as well???? This may very well be my first and last visit

  My daughter had an appointment for 805 this morning but thanks to the unprofessionals who didn't think that sending a suite number was necessary for a person to find the office. U send out a reminder txt of your appointment but you still don't know where the hell your goin when u get there so that's very unhelpful thanks but no thanks for the reminder. I walked around the whole 8401 building looking for this office after about 15 minutes I call and tell them I'm here and I'm lost can u tell me where to go she gave me half ass directions which didn't get me any closer to the office she then proceeded to tell me that I could still be seen because I was within the grace period then finally now after a total of 20 minutes I get to the office only to be told I'm too late for the appointment well I knew that when I called the damn office the first time so instead of wasting my time you could have just told me to reschedule in the first damn place It was so frustrated so for all you who don't know the allergy and asthma center is in suite 128
