- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is my second time at this office. The wait time is ridiculously long. From the moment you walk in you are 'ushered' around from one person to the next for them to do their 'special' tests! Each rotation comes with a wait from 5 minutes to possible an hour!! I have never experienced such a disrespect for a person's time. My appointment was for 10 a.m. And at 12:30 I am still waiting to see the eye doctor himself! After that, you must go to another 'rotation' to get your contact prescription. My advice is if you want to sign up for this, pack a lunch or dinner...or both. Had to add to the review. I finally got in to see the doctor at 1:00 and he asked how I was doing? I explained how frustrated I was with the wait time. He quickly answered that he had been there since before lunch and hadn't taken any breaks and hadn't had any lunch either! Geez! I said well it isn't my practice!! He is getting paid an enormous amount of money for doing his job!! I am not getting paid to sit there. I am losing money!! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪DO NOT use this place they do not keep on schedule min. Wait 4 hours. No one seems to know what is going on. Never been here less than 2 hours. They take patients out of order so it doesn't matter what time your appointment is they will be at least 1 hour late calling you back. This is rediculous and unacceptable. And I will be telling everyone I know not to come here. I also called my referring doctor and told them they need to quit sending people hereNovember 24, 2016by Kim Webb
