  The front staff billing department was very unprofessional, any time a new patient comes to an dental office, the billing department should go over payment first, instead, this place embarrass you, by sending you in the back with an assistant to start taking X-rays then bust right through the middle of your X-ray process and tell you that their having issues checking up with your dental insurance coverage then offer a 99dollar special which is to pay for the X-rays that they already started on your mouth. Had it not been for the nice male assistant and the doctor himself was very pleasant and accurate with my dental situation I would have got up and walked out. And I am still not going to return because the billing department staff should handle this situation at first hand before letting the patient go in the back for dental work. So rude and no professionalism at all.
