- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Dave Parsons is truly a one of a kind eye, Eye&ENT surgeon. I received my second FESS in the last 20 years in May 2011 from him, and the results have been nothing short of wonderful. Before my operation I saw him with the pateint before me, an eleven year old boy. He instills confidence and comfort to everyone he treats.
