  I got my braces done here and signed an agreement to make payments of $150 a month for 22 months. I was also told I would get a free whitening treatment when I was finished with the braces. I ended up being finished with my treatment early and got no type of discount .. I mean you're paying essentially for the adjustments for 22 months of treatment so if you finish early (less adjustments) shouldn't that cost less?? I was told I had to keep my braces on even though I was finished until I paid my balance off. I found that a little ridiculous since nobody ever told me nor did the agreement state that if I finish early I would be forfeit my payment plan and made to pay my balance off on spot. I have never missed a payment mind you so this really makes you feel like an appreciated customer having your teeth held hostage until you can cough up a large sum of money. Then I finally get my braces off and the lady at the front desk acts like a whitening treatment isn't included in the plan! So I get my retainers done and come to pick up my whitening treatment and she tells me they cant give me it until I pay my remaining $300. Mind you - NEVER HAVE I MISSED A PAYMENT . I really would not recommend this place I have called a few other orthodontists in the area to see if this is normal and they laugh and say no we wouldn't make you keep your braces on we would finish out your payment plan. Just make sure you shop around and ask these questions before getting involved with an orthodontist its really not a fun situation to be in.
