(Management should truly follow the lead of their associates since they provide a level of customer service like no other. Not to mention, managers appear to know less than their staff. How sad watching the manager inquire about a process with their staff member. Wow!!! Hello...the associate wouldn't have called you Mr./Mrs. Manager if they knew the answer without you.) But, I still rate this store a 4 because most of my visits do not require a manager getting involved, and I'm most thankful for that!!!
