- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Claim was placed with the wrong analyst.Form was for long term benefits and they placed my file in short term file and also keyed in different employer when my employer sent in information.Also my application had my employer on it.So after 2 months they finally got my file straight but now I'm getting the run around about my benefits submitted application end of June and it's August 23rd and I still have not received benefits.Once they get to review my file tgey keep requesting information that was already submitted.I hope my employer gets a different company to handle our long term benefitsNovember 29, 2016by Jennifer G
