- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a State Farm customer for over 50 years. My husband is a retired United States Marine, which required our family to relocate every three (3) years. Each move required finding a new State Farm Agent. Each of those Agents and their staff provided good service, but Mr. Fadeley's 'individual' customer service has far exceeded our expectations. Mr. Fadeley's office is an empowered team, not just staff members. We are not just a customer, we are extended family members. One Sunday, heading north for a ski/snowboard vacation, we were involved in a major automobile accident. Our daughter was severely injured, requiring surgery at a local hospital. We left a message with Mr. Fadeley's team regarding the situation and plans. With in a couple hours, a team member contacted us, provided information on car/truck rentals and hotels in the area. Later in the day, Mr. Fadeley, while on his family vacation, contacted us inquiring about our daughter, the rest of the family and if there was anything he could do. Needless to say, this accident took months to be resolved and the Fadeley team provided the support and assistance needed through resolution. Mr. Fadeley's character, passion, and loyalty to State Farm is demonstrated through quality and superb service provided to his customers. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Kyle Fadeley's State Farm team and himself are wonderful! Every time I have a question, they are there to help me and explain things to me in plain English. I am a new State Farm customer as I bought my first home last year and I knew from the start I was going to go through State Farm for my homeowners insurance because they are very personable and operate with the highest level of professionalism.
