  I have been a patient here for 9 years and find that the staff and physicians here are very professional. They are well informed understand my medical needs and know how to practice the most modern medicine. I never had a problem. They also do a great job at sticking to a schedule. But then again, I am on time, I have insurance and I communicate with my care providers so they understand how to care for me.   No proper service,takes them 7-14 Business days to fax important information to insurance company,if your wife is having a child and is seen by two different doctors neither of them are on the same page. They will miss inform you do to the lack of communication!!!! So people save your self the headache and seek elsewhere... it’s very sad that now and day it’s almost impossible to receive good customer service and good communication

  Had my first appointment today with Dr. Leonard at the Ballantine location. I was impressed with the ease of appointment making. I was seen the day after I callled. Wait time was almost none when I arrived. Dr. Leonard came in the room Quickly, as well. He was very polite, helpful, and informative. I highly recommend this office and this doctor.
