  Waste of money !!! I spent a lot of money on a procedure performed by a doctor who spoke no more than 10 words to me. To make matters worse, I had to pre-pay. The doctor and nurse had a conversation outside the door, which I clearly heard, the nurse came back into the room requesting I pay pre-pay prior to my 5 minute procedure. (Yes, I did my time in the waiting room, hoping my name would be called. I was finally escorted to a room and was told to "please sit on the table, the doctor will be right in"). The nurse boldly stated, "many people leave without paying". I've had this procedure completed more times than I can count elsewhere and maybe, just maybe I looked like a scary villain that particular day. I stepped down from the table, pulled my credit card out of my purse, followed the nurse from the room to reception where I gave my card to the girl behind the desk. She in turn swiped my card, printed the receipt, returned my card and receipt which reflected, payment made! I followed the nurse back to the room. Once I sat down, in walked the doctor. 5 minutes flew by. The doctor prior to leaving said, if you have any problems, call the office. I waited, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3, even 4 and 5 weeks, no difference was to be had. None at all. I paid a lot of money, expecting dr yanez to do his due diligence and perform a service/procedure he specializes in. Ultimately he did a poor job. He worked far too quickly/hurriedly and rushed through my appointment to do who knows what thereafter. I called the office and requested to have a different doctor complete the actual process I paid for. Nope. No such luck. I was told, I had to see the doctor who performed the actual procedure. Wait, why?!?! Dr Yanez didn't do the job right the first time. I drive close to 2 hours to see a dr. with a great rating because I assumed I would receive the same great treatment all the people prior to my visit did. I was wrong. I would give no stars if I had the option to do so. Don't believe in ratings boys and girls !

  I met doctor Yanez when he took care of my father for skin cancer. Since then I have recommended him to my friends and families for cosmetic surgery. He is an excellent and very talented doctor that cares about his patients. His staff are very knowledgeable and caring to the patients. I will recommend him to anyone who tells me that they want some kind of cosmetic work. Myra Banegas... .
