  Everyone here seems to be more interested in getting you in and out, rather than diagnosing and efficiently treating. Dr Norton, while nice, in so many ways she gives you that "hurry up, I have something else to do" feel.There are two nurses who are abrupt and straight to the point, little to no smiling. Overall, not a general comfortable feeling. I even had to ask one to shut the door while we discussed my health. I've been a patient here for years and am a person of habit, but it's time to go else where. If you want to feel a personal connection with your physician and feel like they actually care about your health, this isn't the place. I've had this experience more than once.

  I've really given this office a chance. I've been multiple times and thought well maybe they were in a hurry today or maybe it's an off day. Every day cannot be an off day. I've had all my pcp appts over the last two years here. That's 4-5 appointments and every single time someone was snobby or miserable or just unhelpful in general. I see Dr. Larsen and while he does seem to have availability--it comes at a cost. He's just not a hospitable person. I can't have a conversation with him. I feel judged or looked down on when I ask questions. My concerns have been brushed off as nothing. I just. I have never had the kind of continuous bad service that I have had here anywhere else in a medical office and I will be looking for a new doctor. I was really hoping this would be a good office. I have a male friend who adores him, but I just never saw the hype. Maybe he does better with male patients or something, but I never once felt like he listened to me or actually saw me as a person. The front office staff is really a mixed bag. Some of them are sweet, but some aren't. There is one lady though and I did not catch her name that is older and crotchety. She has NO place working in any industry with civilized people and her tone with patients needs to be immediately addressed. I can't imagine I'm the only person who has complained.
