- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Alec is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about seeing you improve. I have had ongoing shoulder issues over the past ~year and tried just about everything (multiple PT attempts, deep tissue massage etc) with no long term relief. The next step was surgery prior to going to Alec which was a last ditch effort.
