- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I sat waiting for 45 minutes before I asked for my co-pay back at which point another receptionist stated 'he's the one we lost' I was in a room with 3 to 5 people and I guess the claim is they couldn't find me (the number varied because of all the patients that came in after me and left before me) An apology?
