The first operator Caroline, picks up the phone and then transferred to Ashley who does not pick up the phone and sends you to a voice mail. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Anyone reading this, please take heed to the comments about Strutha Rouse, (what a name) who calls himself a doctor. He is the most horrible, crazy, evil person you can image. I could not believe they had someone like him in there examining patients. He will traumatize and injure senior citizens pretending to do an exam. Everyone that goes there should report him to the NC Medical Board if he does anything that can be looked at by the board. I agree with another reviewer that gave him one star because that is the lowest possible rating to do the review. If you see him, you will witness a true creep.August 06, 2017by Google User
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was referred to this office when my son was 2. We've come at least every 3 months for the last 15 months (6 visits at least). I arrive early for every appointment and consistently wait in the waiting room 30 minutes past my appointment time. They tell you they operate on "kid time" and can't control how long appointments take. Is it that hard to schedule better?! I keep coming back because my son had lazy eye surgery and we're still finishing check ups. As soon as we're past that I will be changing offices.February 03, 2017by Kitara Beasley
