  This office is a RIP OFF!!!!!! Do not attend this practice. Dr. Falcone was great and provided great service to my child. But once the service was over the unnecessary billing started pouring in. I have been billed numerous times over and over again for the same thing and each time I call they tell me something different. Oh and don' forget there is a extra $25 charge (that the office fail to tell you about) if you need any FMLA forms filled out. I have had MAJOR ISSUES with the billing with this practice. I called over to billing and tried to get everything figured out.... WELLL that went all the way wrong. The rep was so business trying to say I was in the wrong that they wasn't even trying to figure out what the main issue was. I will NEVER go back to this practice again. Believe me run the other way before running into this office for service.
