  Three strikes and you are out. I first contacted this office 1 week before appointment date. They were near my house and I wanted a female doctor to attend to my god daughters. Setting the appointment was difficult because the receptionist continued to repeat the same instructions over and over again. After the initial call to set wellness appointments a receptionist called and threaten to cancel one of the girls appointment if I did not bring in shot records 6 days before appointment. I immediately obtain the records and brought them in person. The person that scanned them in the system said there was not a rush. I was angry because i stopped my work day to berng them paper work that could be submitted during appointment. Today the day of appointment I called and asked late policy information because I was running a little behind. They told me to get there by 1:40. I arrived at that time. I waited in line. They told they could only see one child. I told them I called and if it was a problem I could have saved my gas. Long story short I picked another pediatrician. Providence Pediatrics are friendly no hassle and my girls were seen immediately. Avoid this practice. .. The customer service is rude and at the end of the day you do not have to deal with no one with an attitude.
