- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪New patients have to wait 3 weeks before they can be seen. I'm having headaches that turn into migraines for the past two weeks and when I called to make an appointment on 12/14 they said they couldn't schedule me until 1/9. That evening I had another migraine so I called again on 12/15 to see if they could see me sooner and was told its just their policy for new patients to wait 3 weeks. No, other options like if someone cancels we will call you...nothing just wait 3 weeks... If you're like me, you never go to the doctor until there's actually a problem. I'm sure any problems you have will be fixed before they can fit you in their schedule. There are too many PCP in Charlotte for new patients to be treated like its an inconvenience.January 10, 2017by Alex Bright
