- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪For the second time their grooming service fell short of my expectations! Brought my dog home exactly the same way I left her there.... minus $52! Will not comeback, and do not recommend it, this is my third try with Pet Smart grooming services, the first one was at the River Gates, not going back there ether! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Made an appointment over the phone to have our small dog moderately groomed (basically a trim). Took him to the afternoon appointment only to be told only then that it take FIVE HOURS - and that was an estimate, could be longer! What a total WASTE of our time - if they had said that over the phone I would have made other arrangements, and not looked back. Absolutely ridiculous.May 07, 2017by Ellen Putman
