- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The single star is for overall analysis for a simple treatment experience which was extended. It is important to make a patient aware of cost and value added service. If the value addition is disproportionate to cost of service then the experience is negative. I will not write about the appointment logistics disaster. It was good to note that the Doctor admitted the disaster but the office staff did not have honesty to admit disaster. The non-medical staff (including medical assistant) should evaluate at what decibel they should speak which would keep their negative remarks towards a patient confidential.July 20, 2017by Prashant Bele
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had an incredibly painful ingrown toenail. Not only did they get me in the same day I called, but they fixed it that day too. And it wasn't because they had a lack of patients as I saw several while I was there. The doctor was really personable and comforting.
