  5 months ago I had an accident in my leased vehicle. It was determined that it would be totaled as a result of the amount of damage. There has been some conversation, but no resolution as of yet. As a result, I have made 5 payments on a vehicle that is not drivable. I am a pretty patient person, but it would be nice if someone would contact me. This time has given me an opportunity to shop around for my other 3 vehicles and home that I have with Nationwide. Everyone that I have talked to all the way up the chain has lied to me and no one has followed up with me in reference to any of my concerns and questions. I feel Nationwide is NOT on my side.

  This agency's poor communication, errors, and poor customer service caused me major problems including a lapse in my insurance. I eventually renewed with them after being backed into a corner because of the lapse. I tried to give them another chance but the service never improved, and major competency issues continued to cause me problems and cost me money. I just transferred to a new Nationwide agent and even she was treated poorly when she tried to transfer my policies. Good riddance.
