  Taking Jade to Total Bond, Mountain Island is a more comfortable feeling than I have ever experienced with a vet visit. The atmosphere is calm and there is an open airy feel to the office. For several years, this has been the place we take our pets. We have total confidence in Total Bond at this location.

  11/7/17: This morning my wife and I had to make a urgent vet appointment due to an issue with our border collie. Nereida was stellar in getting us in first thing and processing our information quickly so that we could be seen by Dr. Langholz. Throughout the visit, Dr. Langholz was kind, patient, asked thorough questions and provided excellent details in her explanations. They were gentle with our pup and their reputation at 4.9/5 stars is well earned as they lead through servant leadership. Upon checking out, Dr. Langholz made a special trip up to the front to provide additional info (not even requested), which went way above and beyond expectations. At the same time, I noticed on the wall that Nereida had acheived 'Silver Status' in continuing education for calm handling (of animals). It was clear that she and Dr. Langholz take their craft seriously and their commitment to excellence is obvious.
