  Took my dog here yesterday for a groom. Took about three hours and overall the haircut was ok (some weird stripes in fur that were not blended, but I don't really mind). However, when I got there the groomer showed me Badger's right ear, which was EXTREMELY red. She thought he may have an infection. I'm not sure if the ear was like that before, so that may be the truth. Then, she showed me where she cut his belly with the clippers in three places. She started to say it was her fault, but then said "well it actually isn't, he just has sensitive skin".... so that means you jabbed him with the clippers? His nails still looked long so I asked how he did with the nail cut, she just said "I cut a few, but it's hard with his dark nails. You should just have them ground down". Of course, that would mean an extra charge. Also, when i got in the car, I noticed mucus discharge coming out of his eye, likely from something getting in them during the grooming. This is the second time this has happened after an appointment at this location. Now I'm understanding why my dog shakes so much when I take him here. Never again.
